On payment of my deposit I acknowledge and accept that:
Minimum Order Value: There is a min order value of £150 (excluding delivery).
The Nature of Resin: Handmade resin art is just that, an art. Small imperfections, bubbles, dust inclusions, uneven edges, small cavities, layer lines & transparent spots are sometimes unavoidable. We will take the utmost care and time when creating and preserving your custom piece to reduce imperfections. These characteristics are not considered defects but rather hallmarks of the handmade nature of the artwork.
Over time, all resin may develop a subtle amber tint due to exposure to UV light. This is a natural aging process and can enhance the vintage aesthetic of your piece. To minimise ambering, display your artwork out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
The Nature of Preserved Flowers: The drying and preservation process can alter the original colour of your flowers. This is a natural occurrence and a result of the drying process. While I employ high-quality silica sand to retain the shape and vibrancy of your blooms, some color shifts are to be expected.
Light pink flowers may transisiton to a soft shade of lilac. Some shades of purple flowers can take on a more blue tone. Dark colours usually appear darker, especially red roses which can turn a deep burgundy hue. Whites can appear off-white, creamy or even yellow colour. Pastel colours are particularly prone to translucent spots in resin. High water content flowers such as orchids and lilies, may experience more significant color changes or even some degree of shrinkage during the drying process.
The drying success can vary depending on the flower type. If your arrangement features a single flower type or if you have concerns about the suitability of your flowers, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Certain flower varieties will hold their shape better than others, some may brown and petals might become paper thin in the drying process. I do my best to use as many of your flowers as possible however please note that I may not use all of the flowers provided. I will use the best-preserved options only. I am unable to return any leftover flowers to you. Not all flowers are suitable for drying and can be preserved for example succulants and some lily’s. Once the flowers have been preserved in resin they can not be removed.
Cancellations/Refunds: I do not offer refunds as all items are bespoke and cannot be reimbursed unless significant defects have occurred. If you decide not to go ahead with your order after paying your final invoice you will only receive a refund for 40% of your total order value back.
Delivery/Collection: I currently accept both fresh and pre-dried flowers for preservation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the flowers arrive in the best possible condition. Packing instructions will be provided and should be followed exactly for best results. I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your flowers or completed resin art whilst in transit via any Third Party.
Timeline: Please allow upto 6 months from final payment to receive your order, I ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting to chase your order. This timescale may be extended depending on order size and during wedding season but I will always do my very best to get each order out to you as quickly as possible. Every piece is completely unique, and may take longer than expected, which is why I can’t give out expected completion dates. Please don’t expect to have your piece back by a specific deadline or ask for a timescale on an order.
Payments: Once I receive your flowers, I will send you an invoice for the full amount of the order. Please note that if payment is not received within the 24-hour period, I reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any flowers associated with the order will be disposed of and the £25 deposit will be retained.
For orders under £300, full payment is due on the same day that I receive your flowers.

Please note that if I do not receive full payment from the customer after 8 weeks despite multiple attempts at reaching out, I reserve the right to cancel the order and withhold the amount paid to cooperate material costs, for the time and resources to follow up on orders and to store items.
